When you take the sweet,  slightly tart taste of the lime and mix it with the smooth cranberry pear flavor, it's like a little taste of heaven!  This pair is wonderful year round , but a show stopper during the summer.  Nice arugala and romaine salad with sliced strawberries, blueberries and mandarins on top with some sliced almonds, feta cheese with sliced grilled chicken and drizzled Persian Lime and Cranberry Pear dressing. YUM!
