REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

Details about Shipping & Rates:

 

  1. All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2 - 3 business days. *(This can be longer during the holiday season).

  2. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

  3. We ship Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.

  4. We ship all orders USPS, FedEx and UPS.  (We try to ship all of our orders USPS Priority Mail if possible.  Due to the faster service when shipping oils during the summer and winter weather.)  

  5. Keep in mind that the estimated delivery time can very due to the destination, carrier issues, increment weather or unforeseen circumstances with the carrier.  Including the holiday season, expect delays.  So order early.

  6. Olive U & More is not responsible for processing and shipping delays that may occur due to being provided with an incomplete/incorrect address.

  7. Shipping rates are calculated on a “per order” base upon carrier and weight of order.  If we are able to ship Priority Mail flat rate, that is what you will be charged.  Keep in mind that a large order might be placed in multiple boxes to protect from breakage.  You will be charged for each shipped boxes charge. 

  8. Shipping charges paid by customers are non-refundable for orders confirmed to be shipped.  

 

Damage in Shipping:

 

Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it.  Any damage from shipping must be reported to Olive U & More within 7 days of receipt of the product.  

 

If you receive your product and it’s been damaged during shipping, please email us at oliveuandmore1@gmail.com.   Include a description of damages and pictures.  Once we receive that information, we will arrange for damaged products to be replaced. 

 

Undeliverable Shipments:

 

Olive U & More is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the carrier or undeliverable due to incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of recipient to receive the package on the day it’s scheduled for delivery.  

 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address on the order.  Please contact the carrier for inquiry regarding your package delivery.  

 

Custom/Special Orders:

 

All sales are final.  No exchanges, refunds or returns are eligible.

 

Refund Policy:

 

*As of May 1, 2020 - At this time due to Covid, ALL returns and refunds have been temporarily suspended.

 

We hope you will be happy and pleased with all your purchases from Olive U & More.  Should you wish to return an item bought from us, we will be happy to exchange a product provided that is in a fully resalable condition.  Returns should be made within 7 days of purchase date and in original, undamaged/unopened packaging, with your original receipt.  If we find that the item is not returned in resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund on the item.  If your returning an item that is damaged during shipping, we will resend the product to you, once you have supplied us with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

 

**We do not exchange or refund any consumable/food items.  All sales are final on consumable/food items.
