When you mix the taste of Northern Italy with the zesty crispness of the peach you can do anything!  This pair makes a wonderful marinaid for chicken or a lovely roast on the weekend.  Mix 1:1 ration of each and glaze over the chicken, beef and vegetables.  Add a sprinkle of Olive U & More Italian seasoning over the dish and allow it to do it's magic.  You can grill, roast or bake.  It's also amazing on a nice summer salad with mandarine oranges, soft cheese and grilled chicken or steak.
